Items purchased from spacecannon.com that remain UNUSED and UNOPENED can be returned for a refund within fourteen (14) days from the purchase date.  Only the item's cost is eligible for a refund.  We do not refund the shipping & handle costs for delivered products.

Returns for unused items bought from spacecannon.com within the defined return period are subject to the following conditions for a refund.

• All original packaging & items must be unused 
• All accessories, stickers, booklets, etc. must be unused. 
• Proof of purchase from spacecannon.com within the defined return period.

Please submit your return request here. Once we confirm the refund eligibility, you’ll receive an email with the shipping instructions for the return. Shipping costs for the return package are covered by the customer.

Space Cannon will make every effort to process a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days upon receipt of an unused returned product that adheres to the specified return conditions listed below. Please note that Space Cannon retains the right to deduct the return shipping & handling costs from your order.
